Get the machines serial number!

Step #2

Warranty service is managed through Ferno Washington.
The service managers name is Jack Reno.
You can contact him at Ferno #1-800-733-3766
For his direct extension press 1-281.

Step #3

Determine if this is a warranty repair.
Please define the problem as precisely as possible.
If Jack determines it to be a warranty issue then he will handle it from there.

If it is out of warranty then you have some choices to make.

Step #4

Choose your service provider and source parts.

Non warranty service can be done by persons or
companies of your choosing. You do not have to go
through Ferno or any specific service company to buy parts.

Note: I'm not a lawyer, but it is my understanding that law requires
us to sell parts to anyone who owns a Hydro Track.
